INFORMATION TEXT ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This Disclosure Text has been prepared by Gürok Turizm ve Madencilik A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “LAV HORECA”), located at the 5th km Merkez Kütahya address on Eskişehir Highway, acting as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation”.

LAV HORECA’s primary goals is to securely process and store your personal data that you share with LAV HORECA . LAV HORECA provides security measures to protect your personal data at a level appropriate to possible risks, taking into account technological possibilities. As LAV HORECA, we adopt the principle of processing your personal data that you share with us in complete confidentiality and in accordance with the law, only when necessary. For this reason, we would like to make a statement to you regarding the protection of your personal data and inform you about your legal rights.

https://www.lav.com.tr and the products and services you purchased, as well as your customer transaction data (order information, etc.), transaction security data (web page login and exit information, etc.) are processed by LAV HORECA for the limited purposes of goods/service sales and after-sales support, customer relations management, advertising, campaigns, promotions, marketing of products/services, loyalty to products/services, information security and contract processes, activities aimed at customer satisfaction, marketing analysis studies, execution of finance and accounting affairs, and tracking of requests and complaints.

The personal data you have shared with LAV HORECA may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation, or with private law persons, business partners, LAV HORECA group companies and shareholders, and suppliers within the scope of the services provided, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and within the framework of the conditions and purposes of transferring personal data .

Your personal data listed above is collected and automatically processed through electronic media based on the legal grounds of being expressly provided for in the laws in accordance with subparagraph (a) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the necessity of processing personal data of the parties to a contract provided that it is directly related to the establishment and execution of a contract specified in subparagraph (c), the legal obligation of the data controller in subparagraph (ç), the necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right in subparagraph (e), and the legitimate interest of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person in subparagraph (f).

We would like to state that lav.com.tr members, visitors to lav.com.tr or other relevant persons whose personal data is processed may, at any time, submit their requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” to the address of Gürok Turizm ve Madencilik A.Ş. Eskişehir Karayolu Üzeri 5. km Merkez Kütahya in writing or through the methods stipulated within the scope of the said communiqué.
